- 2 cups strawberry (300 g), stems removed
- ⅓ cup banana (65 g), sliced
- 1 ½ cups watermelon (230 g), peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup coconut water (60 mL)
- 1 cup ice (215 g)

- kiwi

- pomegranate seed
