Bell Pepper Chutney

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • oil, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon channa dal
  • 2 dried red chilies, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 bell peppers
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the channa dal, red chlli, green chili, and garlic and sauté.
  2. Add the onion and let cook.
  3. Add the tomato. Once the tomatoes are fully cooked and mushy, add the bell peppers and salt and let cook until the bell peppers turn soft.
  4. SCROLL FOR MORE CONTENT

  5. Turn off the heat and let cool completely.
  6. Blend until smooth.
