  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups tomato sauce (675 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • 16 oz kidney bean (425 g), 1 can
  • 12 oz black beans (375 g), 1 can
  • sour cream, for serving
  • cheddar cheese, for serving

Preparation
