- 1 lb ground beef (455 g)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups tomato sauce (675 g)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 16 oz kidney bean (425 g), 1 can
- 12 oz black beans (375 g), 1 can
- sour cream, for serving
- cheddar cheese, for serving
