    kalamata olive, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons
    fresh oregano, minced
  • 2 tablespoons
    lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup
    red wine vinegar (120 mL)
  • 1 cup
    extra virgin olive oil (120 g)

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients into a mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.
  2. The dressing can remain in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
  3. Pour over your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy!
