    garlic, minced
  • 2 cups
    parmesan cheese, grated (220 g)
  • 1 teaspoon
    white pepper
  • ½ cup
    sour cream (115 g)
  • 1 cup
    heavy cream (240 g)
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, white pepper, sour cream, heavy cream, and salt. Shake to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  3. Add to a hot pan with food as you wish!
