- 1 large head cauliflower
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (25 g)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (55 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
- ½ teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- ½ teaspoon fresh basil, minced
- 2 eggs

Preparation
