Salt And Vinegar Potatoes

  • 1 ½ lb small potato (650 g), cut into 1 in (2.54 cm) pieces
  • 1 cup vinegar (240 mL)
  • 1 cup water (240 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • spice, as desired and to taste

Preparation

  1. Place potatoes into a pan with water and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.
