Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 1 ½ lb small potato (650 g), cut into 1 in (2.54 cm) pieces
- 1 cup vinegar (240 mL)
- 1 cup water (240 mL)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- spice, as desired and to taste

Preparation
- Place potatoes into a pan with water and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.
