  • 3 cups spinach (120 g)
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream (480 mL)
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta (455 g), cooked
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (110 g)
  • ½ cup fresh parsley (20 g), chopped

Preparation

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Cook the garlic and the shrimp until the shrimp is pink, then remove the shrimp.
