Crispy Corn Flake Cups

Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 1 cup corn flakes cereal (50 g)
  • ¼ cup almond (10 g), silvered
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (30 g)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the corn flakes and the almonds.
  2. Put water and sugar in a small pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Whisk occasionally.
  3. Remove the sugar and water mixture from the heat and add the corn flakes and almond mixture.
  4. Spoon the Corn Flakes mixture into cupcake bake cups. Allow the crispy corn bites to cook before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
