Healthy Lemon And Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

for 10 servings

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (60 g)
  • 1 cup coconut flakes (100 g), unsweetened, (or ½ cup (50 G) desiccated coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon ground-up flaxseeds

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or pure honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

To coat bliss balls:

  • extra desiccated coconut and lemon zest
