  • ½ cup

    chia seed

    cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon
    almond butter
  • 1 cup
    milk, of choice or water (235 mL)

Preparation

  1. Layer the raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, spinach, cinnamon, and almond butter in a mason jar.
  2. Store in the freezer for up to 5 days.
  3. When ready to serve, add the milk or water to a blender then add the contents of the mason jar.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour smoothie back into the jar.
