Red Bean Dorayaki Balls

  • 1 cup flour (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 cup milk (240 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • red bean paste
  • powdered sugar
