  • 1 pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons
    olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon
    garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon
    salt
  • ½ teaspoon
    pepper
  • ½ teaspoon
    paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon
    red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Slice pita bread into eighths and spread chips out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes, and brush onto both sides of the chips.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Enjoy!
