Whole Wheat Pita Chips

for 6 servings

  • 6 whole wheat pitas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Slice pita bread into eighths and spread chips out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brush onto both sides of the chips.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  5. Enjoy!
