  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (75 g)
  • ½ cup spinach (20 g), chopped
  • ⅔ cup mushroom (50 g), diced
  • ½ cup milk (120 mL)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation
