  • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
